Overview

ASCEND is Solmar's signature strength and conditioning class built around progressive programming and Solmar's 4-week rotating strength focus, combining free weights, functional movement, and athletic conditioning. Each class is structured, coach-led, and designed to build real, measurable progress.

ASCEND Strength

Build power and strength through controlled, heavier lifting.

This format focuses on:

  • Lower rep ranges (typically 8–10 reps)
  • Heavier weights
  • Controlled rest and tempo
  • Progressive overload

Classes are designed to improve muscular strength, reinforce proper form, and build confidence under load. Each session finishes with a short round of athletic conditioning.

Best for: Building strength, improving performance, lifting with intention

Who It's For

Intermediate to advanced movers who are comfortable with high-intensity training. If you're new to ASCEND, we recommend starting with our Foundations sessions.

What to Bring

Athletic shoes with good support, breathable clothing, and a towel. We provide all equipment.

Suggested Pairing

Balance your high-intensity work with Pilates to support recovery and mobility, and to prevent burnout.
