Openings

Open Positions

Strength & Conditioning Coaches lead high-energy, technically sound group classes aligned with solmar's rotating muscle-group programming. Coaches should feel confident cueing all fitness levels while maintaining safety, flow, and motivation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead 45–50 minute ASCEND classes
  • Coach strength, power, conditioning, and athletic movement
  • Provide clear demonstrations, regressions, and progressions
  • Create an inclusive, motivating environment
  • Support member engagement and retention

Required Certifications

One of the following:

  • NASM
  • ACE
  • NSCA
  • ISSA
  • Equivalent certification

Plus:

  • Current CPR/AED certification

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year group strength or HIIT coaching
  • Experience coaching barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells
  • Boutique fitness or athletic training background

Sculpt Instructors lead rhythm-based, full-body strength classes blending lighter weights, tempo, and flow. This role sits at the intersection of strength and movement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead beat-driven sculpt classes
  • Coach endurance, posture, and controlled movement
  • Maintain smooth transitions and pacing
  • Encourage mind-body connection without losing intensity

Required Certifications

One of the following:

  • Yoga Alliance (RYT-200 or higher)
  • ACE or NASM Group Fitness Certification

Plus:

  • CPR/AED certification

Preferred Experience

  • Yoga Sculpt, barre, or strength-flow formats
  • Music-driven group classes
  • Boutique studio experience

Pilates Instructors guide mat-based classes focused on core strength, alignment, control, and injury prevention. Precision and cueing quality are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead mat Pilates classes for mixed experience levels
  • Cue form, alignment, breath, and core engagement
  • Provide modifications and progressions
  • Support members' long-term movement health

Required Certifications

One of the following:

  • Mat Pilates Certification from a recognized program

Plus:

  • CPR/AED certification

Preferred Experience

  • Group mat Pilates instruction
  • Working with mixed fitness populations
  • Experience complementing strength training programs

Front Desk Associates are the face of solmar. This role blends hospitality, community, sales, and studio operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests
  • Check in clients and manage class flow
  • Assist with membership sales and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
  • Support instructors during peak times

Required Certifications

One of the following:

  • Customer service or hospitality experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with sales conversations

Preferred Experience

  • Boutique fitness or wellness background
  • Experience with booking software
